The real Abby is Natalie. And truth be told is my life partner. And yes I have built this site for her and everyone like her, men or women that are always a bit leery going to a automotive maintenance facility. My name is Gary, and I own two Midas garages. I started my first Midas garage in Gatineau Quebec in 2012. I have since opened on in Ottawa.
My vision was to be the neighbourhood garage... You know the one that has those technicians that are honest (really), don't hold anything back not try to sell something you don't need. There was actually that garage, Cecil's ESSO, in Ottawa South. I used it for 10 years when I first moved to Ottawa. I too was leery... as I wasn't a real car-guy at the time. But Cecil and his team of technician were honest and genuine in their goal to keep our cars in top shape in the least expensive but safe way, and to safe money in the long run.
